  • What is ResponseTek Mobile?

ResponseTek Mobile is the official app of the ResponseTek Listening Platform. It’s designed to let you access your survey results, KPIs and reports when you’re away from a computer.

  • Do I need to create a new login for the mobile app?

No, use the same username and password as you would access your ResponseTek reporting account.

  • What happens if I forget my password? Can I reset it from my device?

If you forget your password you will have to go to the ResponseTek login site from a computer and follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password. You cannot do this from a mobile device.

  • Where do I find my verification code?

Your verification code is available when you log in to your ResponseTek account on a computer. In the top right-hand navigation bar, you will see a new icon of a mobile phone. Click on this icon to open the Details Page for your verification code and further instructions on how to install and access the app. If you do not see this icon, it means mobile access is not enabled for your program.

  • Can I download it on multiple devices?

Yes, you can download the app on multiple devices. Each device you install it on will require the same verification code available when you log into ResponseTek on a computer.

  • I have a new phone – do I need to anything to set up the app?

For each new device, you will have to enter the same verification code you used when you installed the app on your first device. This is available when you log into your ResponseTek account on a computer and click the mobile icon in the navigation bar.        

  • I can’t see the mobile icon in reporting. Where can I find more information?

The mobile icon is located in the top right-hand navigation bar when you are logged into ResponseTek on a computer. If you are not able to see this icon, this means mobile access is not enabled for your company.

  • I have a smartphone, but it’s not an Android or iPhone, how can I access ResponseTek Mobile?

To access the mobile browser version of reporting, you will need a link to your mobile login page. This link can be found on the ResponseTek Mobile Details Page through the mobile icon in the navigation bar when you are logged into ResponseTek on a computer. Enter this link on your mobile phone.

  • Do I have to be at work to access the reports on my device?

No, you can access ResponseTek Mobile and all available reports wherever you have internet or data access, the same way you would use any other app.

  • Where can I send my feedback or suggestions for the app?

To send us feedback directly, please select More > Provide Feedback

  • Can I contact Support from ResponseTek Mobile?

Yes, to submit an inquiry to support, go to More > Contact Support from the app

  • How do I log out?

You will be automatically logged out when you exit the app, or if you go to More > Log Out

  • Will I be logged out automatically if I leave the app running?

Yes, after 20 minutes of inactivity, your account will automatically log out.

  • Which languages are available for the app?

Currently, English is the only supported language for ResponseTek Mobile.

  • Where can I find Session Details?

Session Details is now called ‘Response Details’. You can access this by clicking on the ‘Responses’ tab in the bottom navigation bar and then clicking on a response.

  • How can I manually refresh the results?

Survey responses appear chronologically with the newest at the top of the Responses tab. To manually refresh, click the refresh button on the top right corner of the app.

  • What are Customer Feed, Smart Boxes, and Pulse Monitor?

These are the names of the key features of ResponseTek Mobile: Customer Feed – Check your feedback results the same way you check social media or news. Receive alerts when new feedback is received. Smart Boxes – These are the customizable KPIs visible on your dashboard. Click on any of these to see and filter trend reports and dig deeper into survey results. Pulse Monitor – See all of your customer feedback in one place. View a list of responses and filter this by collection point and timeframe. See individual customer history, transactional information, and feedback results.

  • How can I be sure that no one else will see my results?

ResponseTek Mobile uses multiple security measures to ensure your results are secure – similar to reporting on your computer. Additional security measures include the use of a verification code and automatic logging out after prolonged inactivity or when the app is closed.
