Incorrect Username or Password

Overview

This article is aimed at helping users prompted with a message that says "Incorrect Username or Password" upon entering their credentials.

Environment

ResponseTek Portal.

Resolution

  1. Click on Forgot your Password?responsetek01a.png
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Click Retrieve Password.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  5. Enter your username and temporary password.

  6. If the issue persists, submit a request to support@responsetek.com and provide a screenshot, if possible.

Validation

You should be able to log in normally after the username and/or password have been changed.
