Environment / Affected versions: ResponseTek Portal
- Click on Forgot your Password?
- Enter your Username on the account
- Click Retrieve Password
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Enter your username and temporary password
- If you experiencing the same issue please submit a request at email@example.com and provide us the screenshot if possible
Validation: Upon changing the password, the agent should be able to enter the portal after successful entering username and password
