Using the "Forgot your Password?" Option

Overview

This article is aimed at helping users prompted with a message that says Incorrect Username or Password if they enter the wrong username or password

Article Title / Issue: Unable to Login to ResponseTek Portal

Environment / Affected versions: ResponseTek Portal

Requirements: The latest version of your Internet Browser

 

Resolution

  1. Click on Forgot your Password?
  2. Enter your Username on the account
  3. Click Retrieve Password
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  5. Enter your username and temporary password
  6. If you experiencing the same issue please submit a request at support@responsetek.com and provide us the screenshot if possible

Validation: Upon changing the password, the agent should be able to enter the portal after successful entering username and password
